Zaynix Health · for UK clinics

The patient record built for UK preventive and longevity clinics.

Stop spending sixty unbilled minutes per new patient reconstructing their history from scattered lab PDFs. Zaynix turns that reconstruction into a five-minute review of an already-structured longitudinal record.

Zaynix Health clinic dashboard showing health domains across Blood, Heart, Body, and Treatments, and key biomarkers for a patient.

The sixty-minute problem

60 minutes

Your new patient arrives carrying ten years of scattered lab results — NHS GP printouts, Medichecks and Thriva PDFs, Randox panels, hospital outpatient letters, hormone reports, sleep studies, private cardiology echocardiograms.

Your clinician spends up to sixty unbilled minutes reconstructing that history before they can clinically reason about it. Most of that time is administrative. None of it scales as your practice grows.

What Zaynix does

From scattered uploads to a single longitudinal record.

A lab story view with 730 results, 106 unique markers across 61 test dates and 2 sources, with 9 markers needing attention.

01 — Ingestion

Upload anything, parse anywhere

Upload any lab PDF, image, scan, or clinical letter. Patient-uploaded or clinic-uploaded. Native parsing for Medichecks, Thriva, Randox, TDL (The Doctors Laboratory), Nuffield, BUPA, GP printouts, Summary Care Records, and imaging reports / body scans. New formats added on request, usually within a week.

A diagnoses list showing eight active diagnoses, each with the extracted phrasing from the source document and a "view source" link.

02 — Structuring

Every number, sourced and traceable

AI-assisted extraction with human-in-the-loop correction. Terminology normalised against LOINC, SNOMED CT UK, and NHS DM+D. Units handled explicitly. Reference ranges stored alongside each value. Every extracted number links back to the source document it came from — you can always verify the source.

A blood pressure trend chart spanning six months, with latest reading 108/64 within typical range and systolic and diastolic trend chips.

03 — Clinic workflow

Longitudinal, by default

Longitudinal trends across years and lab vendors. Anomaly flags. Intake forms. Clinical notes. A deferred-items workflow for low-confidence extractions that need clinician confirmation before they hit the trusted record.

Technical depth

How Zaynix handles your clinical data.

The boring layer that determines whether a longitudinal chart you trust six months from now actually means what it says.

Terminology-native, not bolt-on

Laboratory observations are normalised to LOINC (Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes). Clinical concepts use SNOMED CT UK, the UK Edition already used across NHS systems. Medications resolve against NHS DM+D, the dictionary of medicines and devices used by NHS prescribing systems. Units are handled explicitly via UCUM — so an HbA1c reported as mmol/mol from one lab and % from another resolves to a comparable value on the same chart.

Mapping uncertainty is surfaced, not hidden

A meaningful fraction of laboratory tests across UK and international labs do not map cleanly to LOINC at first pass. Zaynix scores each extraction with a confidence value, links every extracted number back to the source document it was parsed from, and surfaces low-confidence values to the patient, who reviews them and chooses whether to include each one in their trusted record before it lands. You never see a number on a longitudinal chart that hasn't been either auto-resolved with high confidence or explicitly patient-confirmed.

FHIR-ready, not FHIR-locked

Patient and observation data is structured internally as FHIR-compatible resources, so future integration with hospital systems, NHS Spine, or PHR providers does not require rebuilding the data layer. Terminology lookups run against the NHS Terminology Server and the Regenstrief LOINC FHIR server, with results cached permanently per concept. For pilot clinics, FHIR integration is not required — patient and clinic upload is the v1 ingestion path.

Built on UK clinical primitives

When a UK clinic uploads a GP printout, Medichecks panel, Thriva report, Randox panel, or TDL report, the parser knows the reference range conventions and units of UK pathology. The platform does not translate UK clinical data through US assumptions. SNOMED CT UK Edition, NHS DM+D, and UK-specific lab vendor profiles are first-class — not afterthoughts.

Specific identifiers used: SNOMED CT 764146007 for penicillin allergy. LOINC 4548-4 for HbA1c. UCUM mmol/mol%. These are not aspirational examples — they are the codes that land in the patient record.

What Zaynix is not

Four answers that save your team time in the first meeting.

Not a medical device.

Zaynix does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend treatment. Clinical judgment stays with your clinicians. AI outputs are descriptive with provenance, never prescriptive.

Not your EHR.

Zaynix sits alongside whatever you use to run the practice — Semble, Heydoc, Pabau, Cliniko, Charm Health, Practice Better, Heliosphere, Power Diary, or anything else. We integrate; we do not replace.

Not a black-box AI.

Every extracted value links back to the source document it came from. Confidence is scored on every extraction and drives the workflow — high-confidence values commit directly; low-confidence ones are flagged for patient confirmation before they enter the trusted record. AI outputs are descriptive and traceable, not opaque assertions a clinician has to take on faith.

Not a chat-with-AI doctor.

Zaynix does not give medical advice, answer clinical questions, or substitute for a clinician. The AI is a parsing, extraction, and structuring layer — not a consultation.

Where Zaynix sits

How it fits alongside what you already use.

You keep your practice management software, your booking system, and your charting tools. Zaynix is the longitudinal patient-data layer those tools don't try to be.

The contract

Patient ownership, clinic governance.

Your patient's record follows them between clinics. They can disconnect from a clinic and take their longitudinal record with them. Your clinic retains its own clinical record per its statutory obligations — Zaynix does not erase what you've recorded.

The legal relationship between you, the patient, and Zaynix is a joint-controller arrangement, documented in a Data Processing Agreement. Not a marketing slogan — a real, signed contract that defines who is responsible for what.

Working together

What working with Zaynix gives your clinic.

Zaynix Health is built for UK preventive and longevity clinics whose work depends on reading complex biomarker patterns over time. The platform is purpose-built for UK clinical practice from first principles — not adapted from a US codebase, not generic SaaS. What that translates to for your clinic:

Onboarding handled.

We move the historical data — patient uploads, lab vendor PDFs, NHS GP records, imaging — structure it against LOINC, SNOMED CT UK, and NHS DM+D, and hand it back to your clinicians ready to read. Your team reviews; we do the heavy lifting.

Commercials calibrated to your practice.

Pricing is per practice, calibrated to your patient volume and clinical complexity. Discussed transparently in the introductory call. No tiers you have to fit into.

Decide on your terms.

No long contracts. Your clinic decides whether to continue at any point. The data, patient consent records, and exports stay yours regardless.

Onboarding

Four steps from first call to live record.

Onboarding takes six weeks to three months, depending on your data volume and the trajectory you're tracking. We handle the data migration and structuring; your clinicians use the longitudinal record from the moment it's live. Leave anytime.

  1. 01

    Tailored length

Six weeks if your intake volume produces a clear time-saving signal quickly. Three to six months if you're tracking longer clinical trajectories. You set the length; we commit to it.

  2. 02

    Team-led onboarding

We move the historical data — patient uploads, lab vendor PDFs, NHS GP records, imaging reports — and structure it against LOINC, SNOMED CT UK, and NHS DM+D. Your clinicians review; we do the work.

  3. 03

    Two success metrics

One quantitative — time saved per new patient, measured against your current baseline. One clinical-workflow improvement that you choose.

  4. 04

    Decide on your terms

At any point, your clinic decides whether to continue. The data is yours, the patient-record export is always available — no special request, no waiting period.

Your data, always

Your record. Your data. Export any time. Use anywhere.

Lock-in is a habit of older clinical software. It is not how Zaynix works.

EXPORT

Export is a feature, not a special request.

The patient can export their full record at any time — uploads, extractions, longitudinal data — in FHIR-compatible formats plus CSV for spreadsheet-driven workflows. The clinic can export what the clinic has authored — clinical notes, treatment plans, intake forms. The materials a patient uploaded belong to the patient and travel with them.

OWNERSHIP

Patient ownership follows the patient.

A patient who leaves your clinic takes their longitudinal record with them. The clinical record your clinicians authored stays with your clinic, per your statutory obligations.

FORMATS

Standards-based, not Zaynix-locked.

All exports are in standards-based formats — FHIR for clinical resources, LOINC for observations, SNOMED CT UK for clinical concepts, NHS DM+D for medications. Data that leaves Zaynix imports cleanly into other clinical systems without translation.
